Please know that there are things coming up from the depths of us.
For some of us, these things are very old.
For some of us, these are things that we told ourselves we would deal with at a later time.
There might even be things showing up that we hoped to never have to acknowledge again.
The body may also be showing you things that need to be acknowledged physically as well.
Please be gentle on yourself and others during this time. Please do not hesitate to reach out to your favorite practitioner(s) or mental health professional to assist you and your body during this transition, release, purge, dump, and transformation.
You might also need more quiet and/or space.
You might need more gentle movement, like a slow walk, where you appreciate the beautiful colors nature is showing you, or you listen to the birds, or maybe talk to God, the universe, loved ones who have passed, and more.
Your body might be asking for different food.
Your body might be asking for more food, or less food.
This is a time to listen and allow for the guidance to come. I promise you, the guidance is there.
Be present with yourself in the moment, and remember to breathe well from your belly, not your upper body.
